Sylvana Lalla CPA is the General Manager of BeanCounters 2U, a company that provides bookkeeping and accounting services to Small to Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs).

Sylvana has seen first hand how clients receive their accounts once a year, months after year-end. "How can they manage a business on historical accounts that are too old for management to respond?"

As a result, our clients know where they are on a monthly basis. We explain to our clients in plain English what their figures mean and develop a set of management accounts in an easy to read format.

We provide quality bookkeeping and accounting solutions to SMEs by qualified staff who are accredited members of AAT Australia and CPA Australia. We can assist business owners with budgets, cashflows and KPIs as part of the process of assisting you prepare for your meeting with the bank manager or potential business investor.

Sylvana has more than 15 years experience dealing with small to medium sized businesses and is an expert with systems & procedures and internal controls.
